Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics and Trade Operations Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers while coordinating order fulfilment with factories and clients to ensure timely deliveries. This role requires meticulous record-keeping and proactive problem solving to support continuous process improvements.

You will negotiate freight rates, arrange shipment bookings, and provide guidance on cargo loss prevention and risk

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics or trade operations.
• Knowledge of marine cargo insurance and claims handling.
• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, trade operations, or related fields.
• Working knowledge of marine cargo insurance and claims handling.
• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP Business One, or similar ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Understanding of international trade and supply chain operations.
• Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
