Job summary

AKROBAT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Inventory/Logistics Coordinator in Singapore to oversee stock, forecast demand and coordinate with sales and operations. You will manage warehouse operations, input and maintain data in Auto-count, and liaise with suppliers for exports and imports. Strong English, independence, and 5+ years in relevant roles are essential.

Office-based role with immediate start; proficiency in MS Office and inventory software preferred, with Auto-count being a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree required.
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory software (Auto-count would be an advantage).
• Capable of working independently and self-motivated.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall stocks and inventory.
• Key in and maintain the inventory in the Auto-count System.
• Prepare forecasts.
• Coordinate with other departments (mainly sales and operations) for forecasts and delivery orders.

• Compare & negotiate rates with forwarders.
