Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our Penjuru team in Singapore. This role focuses on order processing, coordination with logistics partners, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining safety standards.

You will support OSH initiatives, verify orders, handle inquiries, and build lasting customer relationships through clear communication. Working days are Monday to Friday, with 8:30am–5:00pm hours.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years' experience in Logistic Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Committed to maintaining safe and healthy work environment.
• Support OSH program and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Process orders and verify customer orders; follow up as needed.
• Prepare orders for Planner and chase missing information.
• Coordinate with booking agents or ship operators for supply schedules.
• Collaborate with Planner to ensure timely supply and coordination.
• Tally daily orders to avoid misses and arrange dispatch proofs of delivery.
• Close job orders for billing after completion.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
• Foster long-term customer relationships through clear communication.
