Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Singapore to handle order processing, invoicing and delivery coordination. You will work with sales, warehouse, logistics and finance teams to ensure accurate records and timely service.

Applicants should have a Diploma or equivalent and may have prior experience in customer service, logistics or admin support. This role involves daily system use, billing accuracy, and strong communication with suppliers and drivers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or admin support is advantageous.
• Proficiency with order processing and billing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and generate Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) accurately using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Prepare and issue invoices with complete and accurate billing records.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely order processing, fulfillment and delivery.
• Coordinate and monitor customer deliveries to ensure on-time completion.
• Verify and attach required supporting documents prior to dispatch.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries with drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Manage stock-in and stock-out records in the system accurately.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and finance teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain organized filing and accurate documentation of orders and deliveries.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform additional admin and operational duties as assigned.
