Formación

• 2–3 years’ experience in Logistics Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Commit to maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
• Support OSH program and daily safety practices.
• Handle order processing, verifications, and follow-ups.
• Prepare orders for planners and chase incomplete information.
• Coordinate with booking agents or ship operators for supply schedules.
• Collaborate with planner to ensure timely supply.
• Tally orders daily to ensure none are missed.
• Ensure delivery orders are dispatched and provided as proof.
• Close job orders for billing after completion.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
• Foster long-term customer relationships with open communication.
• Other duties as assigned
