Qualifikationen

• Diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in customer service or shipping documentation within logistics.
• Proven track record of working with Operations and Customers.
• Good knowledge of chemical industry and bulk liquid logistics.
• Ability to document correspondence clearly and work under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Acquire understanding of customer needs and ensure fulfilment of orders.
• Handle inquiries, provide solutions and build trust with accounts.
• Coordinate with Operations, Vendors, Carriers and customers for logistics.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external procedures.
• Data entry into systems and tracking shipments.
• Handle import/export documentation and port operations.
• Provide quotations and verify invoices as required.
