Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing quotations, processing orders, tracking delivery status, coordinating local and overseas shipments, supporting sales in project coordination, and ensuring SOPs are followed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations
• Handling/processing of customer sales order
• Monitoring of delivery status
• Logistic arrangement/coordination for local and overseas shipment
• To support sales personnel in new project coordination
• Supporting sales team in processing documentation for sales
• Ensure customer satisfactory are met
• Coordinating with internal department on job orders and requirement
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD
