Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our freight forwarding and logistics team, handling import/export shipments, freight coordination and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will communicate with customers and overseas agents, prepare documentation, monitor shipments, and support sales and marketing activities when required. The role requires at least 2 years in logistics and strong service orientation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Good understanding of import/export processes.
• Experience handling air and/or sea freight shipments.
• Familiar with Incoterms and international shipments.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate with customers, overseas agents and internal teams.
• Independent, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries relating to quotations, shipments and operational matters promptly and professionally.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate the activation of import, export and cross-trade shipments.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements closely with customers, overseas agents and internal operations teams.
• Prepare and manage documentation required for import and export shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide customers with timely updates on shipment status.
• Handle shipment-related issues and customer concerns, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to achieve timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate shipment information, records, reports and system entries.
• Ensure consistent service standards by following established operational procedures and customer requirements.
• Support sales and marketing activities when required.
