REVOCHEM INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics coordinator in Singapore to manage fleet and driver operations.

The role requires ISO-Tank handling experience, maritime and logistics background, and strong teamwork. Proficiency in MS Office and English, with additional language skills considered an advantage. The candidate will handle fleet planning, pre-gate driver movements, driver communications, expense logging, and timely job closure.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder and above with ISO-Tank handling.
• Priority given to experienced applicants with Maritime and Logistics Background.
• Good behaviour and attitude.
• Good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Platform.
• Able to understand, speak and write English (Other languages will be additional advantage).
• Only shortlisted will be notified.

Responsibilities

• Fleet Management: plan and coordinate two-way travel routes to maximize vehicle productivity.
• Pre-Gate and Driver Movement Coordination: arrange drivers' entry and movement to support operations.
• Driver Communication: relay job instructions and changes clearly to drivers.
• Job Sheet Updates: record progress with driver-submitted evidence.
• Additional Cost Recording: log tolls, permits, and handling charges with proper documentation.
• Job Closure: mark jobs complete after verification from drivers and departments.
• Maintenance and Inspection Planning: schedule regular maintenance to ensure safety and compliance.
