Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to manage inquiries and coordinate import/export shipments. You will support multiple stakeholders, maintain accurate job sheets, and ensure timely delivery and billing documentation.

The role requires strong communication and coordination abilities, with at least 1 year of relevant experience and a capacity to handle time-sensitive requests. This is a full-time on-site position based in Boon Lay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, freight forwarding or shipping.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and handling time-sensitive requests.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate import, export and local cargo orders.
• Raise and update job sheets for import/export shipments and ensure accurate job details.
• Coordinate with shipping lines and internal departments on cargo clearance, transportation and warehousing.
• Monitor vessel arrivals, shipment status and delivery progress, keeping customers updated.
• Arrange trucking schedules, courier services and delivery order/document collection.
• Record relevant charges for customer billing and ensure accurate documentation.
• Handle customer complaints and service recovery.
• Provide support to the Shipping Documentation / Customer Service team when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
