Qualifications

Experience coordinating daily transport and warehouse activities.
Ability to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company and customer requirements.
Experience preparing and verifying shipping documentation (AWBs, Bills of Lading, invoices).
Strong communication skills to provide delivery updates and resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor daily transport operations, including scheduling, routing, and driver assignments.
Oversee warehouse activities such as pallet loading, staging accuracy, and inventory control.
Prepare and verify shipping documentation (AWBs, Bills of Lading, invoices).
Handle delivery exceptions (DEX, PUX, customer refusals) and provide corrective actions.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates and resolve operational issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
Generate weekly performance reports on delivery timelines, costs, and incident cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics efficiency.
