Job summary

You will prepare quotations, follow up on orders, document interactions, and coordinate delivery documents while building long-term relationships with customers. Fluent English and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling container shipments.
• Experience in customer service or sales coordination is advantageous.
• Knowledge of import/export shipments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Introduce company and products to new customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and advise on products or services.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for acceptance.
• Document customer interactions and compile related documents.
• Prepare delivery orders and other relevant documents.
• Clearly communicate job requirements to stakeholders to meet customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and build long-term relationships.
