Job summary

HYDRO Systems Singapore LLP is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support transportation, warehousing, and inventory management across regional and international routes. The role requires hands-on experience with ERP systems, strong communication in English and Mandarin, and the ability to optimize warehouse operations and track performance.

Qualifications

• Nitec qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics operations and warehouse/inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of customs, international transport, and inventory control.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and TMS/WMS is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for liaison with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments within the region and to international destinations.
• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, and outbound picking/shipping.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and inventory accuracy; support cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Ensure on-time delivery and proactively manage logistics and warehouse exceptions.
• Support freight cost control and logistics performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with customs, export control, and trade regulations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, warehouse partners, logistics service providers, and internal functions.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support the operational execution of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management activities. The role ensures reliable delivery performance, efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and compliance with international trade regulations while working closely with global and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments within the region and to international destinations
• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, and outbound picking/shipping
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and inventory accuracy; support cycle counts and stock reconciliations
• Ensure on-time delivery and proactively manage logistics and warehouse exceptions
• Support freight cost control and logistics performance tracking
• Ensure compliance with customs, export control, and trade regulations
• Collaborate with suppliers, warehouse partners, logistics service providers, and internal functions
• Support standardized logistics, warehouse, and inventory processes and system usage (ERP/TMS/WMS)
• Other reasonable duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in operational logistics and warehouse/inventory management, preferably in an international environment
• Expert knowledge of customs, international transportation, and inventory control processes
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP); TMS/WMS experience is a plus
• Fluent in English and Mandarin as there is a need to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues and external stakeholders
