Job summary

Kalsec Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, warehouses, suppliers and customers, and coordinate third‑party warehouse operations to ensure on‑time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with at least three years in logistics, shipping, warehousing, or supply chain operations, plus proficiency in Excel and ERP.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in logistics or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in logistics, shipping, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
  • Familiar with shipping documentation, freight coordination, and inventory processes.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs requirements is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, warehouses, suppliers, and customers.
  • Manage third-party warehouse operations and coordinate inventory activities.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
  • Track shipment status and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve shipping delays, damages, shortages, and documentation discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP or spreadsheet tracking systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and import/export regulations.
  • Support cost control by comparing freight options and identifying process improvements.
  • Prepare logistics reports on delivery performance, inventory status, transport costs, and service issues.
  • Check freight and/or other logistics invoices and tally with Finance Department for payment.
  • To execute and perform other tasks assigned by superior.
