Job summary

FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

You will prepare shipping documents, update cargo status, and liaise with customers to ensure timely deliveries. This role requires at least two years in logistics, a diploma or O levels in logistics or business administration, and strong MS Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ experience in logistics
• Knowledge of import/export permit declarations
• Proficient in email correspondence and actions

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare documentation for movement of warehouse cargo.
• Prepare shipping documents and process orders.
• Create and maintain reports and files for operations records, correspondence, plans and expenses.
• Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure cargo readiness for deliveries.
• Update WMS, TMS on Cargo Status.
• Liaise with customers for shipment and delivery matters.
• Handle Kaizen, Lean and other improvement projects.
• Perform ad-hoc/administrative duties as needed.

Position Summary

This position will be responsible to support all aspects of the operation using Warehouse Management System (WMS) to help drive an efficient operation as well as overcoming any system hurdles.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of warehouse cargo.
• Prepare shipping documents and processing of orders.
• Create and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans and expenses.
• Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure readiness of cargo for deliveries.
• Update WMS, TMS on Cargo Status.
• Liaise with customers for all matters pertaining to shipments and deliveries.
• Handle company projects like Kaizen, Lean, improvement, and other adhoc projects.
• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.

Qualification Summary

Experience

• This position requires minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics industry and License Warehouse.
• Knowledge in permit declarations for both import and export.
• Efficient respond to emails for actions and queries.

Education

Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.

Skills

• Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas – distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management.
• Good Interpersonal skills
