Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage warehouse documentation, inventory, and operations. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience and minimum 'O' level qualification. Responsibilities include performing warehouse planning, conducting process analyses, and ensuring compliance with HSE and ISO standards. Candidates must have strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with alternate Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm.

Responsibilities
  • Perform warehouse planning and layout plans
  • Manage warehouse documentation and warehouse inventory
  • Manage warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Manage warehouse operations
  • Conduct analysis for warehouse process from receiving, handling, distribution and storage to improvise processes
  • Update data in MS Excel
  • Able to report operational maintenance, improvement or repair needs to superior
  • Able to carry heavy loads for loading, unloading, picking and packing operations.
  • Report any warehouse incidents to superior
  • Comply to HSE and ISO standards
  • Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum ‘O’ level qualification and above
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience
  • Meticulous and possess positive attitude
  • Good sense of urgency
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, Excel

Working hours:

Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Alternate Saturday, 9am to 1pm.

Working Location: Pioneer / Benoi / Greenwich Drive
