Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination or shipping operations (minimum 1 year).
• Diploma holders may have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor import, export and offshore shipments.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists and bills of lading.
• Maintain shipment tracking records and update stock/master data in systems.
