Job summary

M.TECH PRODUCTS PTE LTD is seeking a Logistics Assistant to generate shipping documents, coordinate deliveries, and liaise with customs on export applications in Singapore. The role requires a Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

You will update ERP data, maintain records, and support monthly stock takes in a fast-paced environment, working independently while collaborating with the team. Mandarin language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent; if not, at least 2 years relevant experience.
• Proficient with MS Excel (VLOOKUP) and other MS Office tools.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player with effective communication and coordination.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers on deliveries and shipments.
• Liaise with declarant/trade compliance and customs on export applications.
• Update data into ERP systems in a timely manner.
• Maintain records accurately and ensure timely reporting.
• Assist in monthly stock taking and other logistics tasks as assigned.
