Job summary

DEL ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated logistics coordinator to manage shipments and warehousing activities in Singapore. You will liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

The role requires strong coordination, good communication, and basic MS Office skills. Training will be provided; a team-oriented, proactive attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Independent, organized and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sea and air shipments, transport, warehouse activities, and deliveries.
• Liaise with customers, warehouse staff, transporters, carriers, co-loaders, and internal departments.
• Prepare customs permits, clearance documents, refund applications, delivery orders, and arrival notices.
• Check, sort, match, and file shipping and warehouse documents accurately and on time.
• Prepare payment vouchers for carrier and co-loader charges and submit them to the Accounts Department.
• Handle customer and shipper enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Update customers on order status, inventory availability, shipment progress, and delivery schedules.
• Support daily operations to meet customer service standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager, Sales Manager, or immediate superior.
