A logistics and supply chain firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional in Supplier & Contract Management. The candidate will support supplier qualification, manage logistics contracts, and oversee daily operations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of logistics experience, preferably in commodities trading. This role offers opportunities for travel and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
Support supplier qualification, evaluation, and onboarding. Assist in negotiating and managing logistics service contracts.
Act as the main contact for logistics providers. Manage North America shipment bookings, track shipment progress, provide timely updates, and verify cargo insurance and logistics invoices.
Monitor and manage risks for North America shipments. Resolve operational issues (e.g., equipment shortages, booking errors) and handle cargo insurance claim follow-ups.
Review shipping documents, prepare payment requests, and coordinate Bill of Lading issuance, confirmation, and release.
Gather and analyze market trends related to renewable resources and North America logistics to support business decisions.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
