Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist in arranging delivery schedules for construction materials.
- Maintain proper records of site materials, tools, and consumables.
- Prepare and update logistics records and delivery documents.
- Update daily/weekly material delivery and movement reports.
- Handle logistics-related correspondence and calls.

Job Scope
- Material Coordination
- Assist in arranging delivery schedules for construction materials and equipment.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing materials to ensure timely arrival at site.
- Verify delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices.
- Inventory & Stock Control
- Maintain proper records of site materials, tools, and consumables.
- Track stock levels and notify the team when replenishment is required.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory checks.
- Documentation & Filing
- Prepare and update logistics records, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
- Ensure proper filing of delivery notes, permits, and related paperwork.
- Support compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting & Communication
- Update daily/weekly material delivery and movement reports.
- Provide logistics updates to project managers and site supervisors.
- Assist in resolving logistics-related queries from site teams.
- General Administrative Support
- Handle logistics-related correspondence and calls.
- Assist in preparing permit applications for material movement (if required).
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the HOD or Site Manager.
Job Requirements
- O'Level, High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred)
- Fresh grads with no experience are welcome to apply as on the job training will be provided. However, experience with inventory management or logistics software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to speak and write in English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
