Locum Therapy Assistant (Office hours/ Flexi/ East)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carry out the physiotherapy care plan as assigned by the Physiotherapist.
• Carry out occupational therapy care plan as assigned by the Occupational Therapist.
• Attend to clients’ needs and assist in lifting and transferring clients where necessary.
• Report any abnormalities present in the clients.
• Record and document the therapy sessions performed by the clients daily.
• Handle rehabilitative equipment properly.
• Maintain rehabilitative equipment and report any faults to the Operation Executive and Physiotherapist.
• Ensure a safe environment for clients to perform therapies.
• Encourage clients to participate in MDRC activities/programs.
• Participate in any internal or external events for the centre as required.
• Follow clients on transport as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary school education, WSQ certificate in Therapy Services, NITEC in Therapy Services, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• BCLS+ AED certified.
