Job summary

A financial services firm based in Singapore is seeking a professional with over 5 years of experience in wholesale banking operations. Responsibilities include managing payment systems, reconciling trades, and ensuring compliance with SOPs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in fund finance and treasury operations, proficiency in Swift and Excel. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with international banks and financial institutions while enabling effective management of financial transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in wholesale banking operations (treasury/loan products).
• Strong expertise in fund finance, SBLC/LC, and corporate loan products.
• Proficiency in Swift systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Treasury Operations, including FX/Money Market, Bonds, and Derivatives (preferred).
• Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with international banks and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate Swift messages, managing payment systems and trade settlements.
• Reconcile treasury trades, loan disbursements, and securities transactions with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with banks and teams to resolve settlement discrepancies.

• Monitor payment timelines and follow up on outstanding transactions.
• Capture and verify trade details, loan profiles, and cash flows in relevant systems.
