Job summary

A leading global organization is seeking a Lift Technician in Singapore for a full-time maintenance role. The successful candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability and minimize downtime. Additionally, they will need proficiency in Microsoft Office and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Vertical Transportation. This permanent contract offers a salary of up to $3010 monthly plus allowances and bonuses. Candidates who can start immediately will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in lift/building maintenance is an added advantage.
• Access to own a motorbike for work-related travel.

• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5.15pm
• Monthly Salary: up to $3010 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Support operational readiness by fulfilling standby duties, assisting teams when required, and following up on breakdown reports.
• Uphold safety and compliance by adhering to workplace procedures, environmental policies, and participating in regulatory inspections.
• Manage tools and equipment responsibly, ensuring proper handling, usage, and safekeeping in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism through effective communication with supervisors and collaboration with internal teams.
• Document maintenance activities accurately, support investigations into equipment issues, and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements
