Job summary

Income Insurance Limited seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business, operations and technology for value-driven solutions. You will gather requirements, document user stories, coordinate testing, and train operations teams on new implementations.

You will develop insurance domain knowledge, liaise with stakeholders, and support delivery of effective, fit-for-purpose solutions across regulatory and IT projects.

Qualifications

• Experience eliciting business requirements and translating them into functional specs.
• Experience coordinating testing, including UAT and defect management.
• Strong communication and collaboration with business, operations and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare clear user guides and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyse requirements for cross-functional initiatives and product launches.
• Support solution design and coordinate testing activities to ensure sign-off.
• Document processes and provide training to operations teams for new systems.
• Act as liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
• Share knowledge and promote best practices in business analysis across projects.
• Build knowledge of assigned insurance domains and support ongoing delivery.
