Job summary

Income Singapore seeks a Business Analyst to support cross-functional initiatives including product launches, claims transformation, and regulatory projects. You will gather requirements, assess impacts, and help design solutions while coordinating testing and ensuring successful implementation.

Develop strong insurance domain knowledge, liaise between business and IT, and support effective adoption of new systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or Business Information Systems.
• 2–5 years in Business Analysis, User Acceptance Testing, or insurance operations.
• Experience in Life Insurance Claims operations or claims system enhancements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyse business requirements, document specifications, and review with stakeholders.
• Support solution design, testing activities, and ensure successful implementation.
• Prepare user guides and coordinate training for operations teams.
• Act as liaison between business users and IT teams, facilitating meetings and workshops.
• Share knowledge and promote BA best practices across projects.
• Develop domain knowledge in assigned insurance areas and support process improvements.
