Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore seeks an experienced Leasing Manager to lead mall leasing, optimize occupancy and revenue, and collaborate with the General Manager and Leasing team to drive trade mix plans.

You will source concepts, monitor market trends, manage budgets and tenancy schedules, ensure SOP compliance, and nurture strong tenant relations across properties.

Qualifications

• Handle lease negotiations, renewals and administration.
• Source concepts and prospects relevant to mall positioning.
• Negotiate and monitor lease terms.
• Conduct, understand and share periodic retail market trends.
• Carry out feasibility or reconfiguration analysis to enhance the mall's financials.
• Prepare budgets and business plan.
• Oversee Tenancy Schedule, Management Reports and related reports.
• Ensure proper leasing documentation is in place and submitted timely.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Manage cordial tenant relations and partnerships.
• Guide and nurture the leasing team, unlocking individual potentials.
• Build strong teamwork with operations, marketing, cluster malls and core functions.
• Any other task as assigned by supervisor/management.
• License by CEA is a strong advantage.
