XIAOHONG PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Leasing Manager in Singapore to lead the mall leasing function and a team of leasing executives, driving occupancy and revenue goals throughout the full leasing cycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related discipline.
• 7–12 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Creative, resourceful, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of retail market dynamics, leasing strategies, and tenant categories.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret leasing and market data.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Leasing Executives to achieve business objectives.
• Set clear performance targets and KPIs to drive accountability and results.
• Provide coaching, training, and professional development to enhance team capability and effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing improvement plans where necessary.
• Plan and coordinate team workload to ensure efficient execution of leasing activities and timely reporting.
• Lead and support AEI projects from a leasing perspective.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies to optimise occupancy and rental revenue.
• Identify, source, and secure tenants that align with the mall’s positioning and target customer profile.
• Conduct and/or oversee site viewings, presentations, and preparation of leasing proposals for prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and documentation in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and tenant movements to inform and refine leasing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants, brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Manage lease renewals, relocations, expansions, and terminations to optimise tenant mix and portfolio performance.
• Support tenants throughout the leasing lifecycle, ensuring a seamless onboarding and fit-out process.
• Work closely with marketing to support tenant acquisition campaigns and mall promotions.
• Coordinate with operations, design, and property management teams to support tenant handovers and fit-outs.
• Provide input on tenant mix planning, zoning, and mall layout enhancements.
• Provide management with regular updates on leasing progress and market analysis.

About the role:

The Leasing Manager leads the mall’s leasing function and a team of leasing executives to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. This role oversees the full leasing cycle—from strategy development and tenant acquisition to lease execution—while ensuring a strong tenant mix and positive mall positioning. The Leasing Manager collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and maintains strong relationships with tenants, agents, and retail partners.
