Job description

Key Responsibilities

1) Learning Design & Instructional Design

• Translate training requirements into effective learning solutions
• Develop storyboards and scripts aligned to learning outcomes and performance goals
• Apply instructional design/andragogy principles

2) Content / Multimedia Development

• Develop interactive e-learning content using authoring tools
• Use video editing and AI tools to ensure professional quality, engagement, and alignment with learning objectives
• Create or coordinate visuals such as layouts, infographics, icons, etc

3) Stakeholder & Project Coordination

• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects
• Coordinate reviews and feedback cycles with SMEs, clients, and internal teams
• Support project planning and status reporting

4) Quality & Delivery

• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, usability, and consistency

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Learning Design, Education, Adult Training, Multimedia, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in e-learning / digital content development
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and learning design principles
• Hands‑ experience courseware using at least one authoring tool
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with SMEs and stakeholders
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working with project timelines
