Job summary

JTC Academy, a Singapore Public Service entity, seeks a self-motivated learning and development professional to lead multi-disciplinary programmes, write engaging content, and design innovative learning experiences.

The ideal candidate brings strong project and people management, exceptional written English, an eye for aesthetics, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Office tools to create sustainable learning culture and new user experiences.

Qualifications

• Background in Arts & Social Sciences/Service Design/Communication Studies or relevant cross- and multi-disciplinary training preferred.
• Strong project and people management skills. Must be able to function as a project leader as well as an individual contributor
• Possess a strong command of the English language, is effectively bilingual and has the capability to synthesize and present information clearly
• Good aesthetic sense
• Proficient in industry-standard publication, animation software tools, design, communications, development and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Competent in defining, planning and managing project deliverables
• Competent in formulating user surveys and conducting user research
• Ability to interpret user needs and analyse data
• Able to articulate and present ideas clearly and persuasively
• Thrives on being meticulous and a multi-tasker with tight timelines
