Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an experienced learning and development professional in Singapore to support the development of communications capabilities. The role focuses on curating high-quality training opportunities, coordinating learning activities, and driving participation across internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include sourcing and curating learning programmes, coordinating webinars, managing an annual learning calendar, and building external partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in learning and development, capability development, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and curating training programmes.
• Strong project management, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Learning Programme Sourcing & Curation: Identify and curate relevant learning programmes to strengthen core communications competencies.
• Webinar Coordination & Delivery: Plan and execute communications-focused webinars, including engagement of industry practitioners and subject-matter experts.
• Learning Calendar & Engagement: Coordinate an annual learning calendar and support quarterly planning cycles.
• External Partnerships: Build and expand partnerships with training institutions and industry professionals.
• Project Management Support: Provide project management support for learning initiatives, including digital and in-person platforms.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and coordination support for learning-related initiatives.
