Job summary

Singapore Airlines Academy is seeking an experienced learning and development professional to lead design, development and delivery of impactful learning solutions for external clients. You will translate aviation expertise into practical skills, deliver programmes in-person and virtually, and coach facilitators across industries to meet high standards of quality and brand reputation.

The role requires minimum 5 years in L&D, strong instructional design, and proven stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education/Learning & Development or related field.
• WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE).
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or ACTA.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in learning & development, curriculum design and facilitation of training programmes.
• Strong instructional design for client-facing or revenue-generating learning solutions.
• Experience in designing curriculum focused on service and operational excellence; knowledge of industry processes and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
• Excellent project & stakeholder management; excellent English communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop standard and bespoke learning solutions for in-person and virtual formats.
• Deliver learning programmes to external clients to the Academy's standards.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to prepare, coach and calibrate facilitators across formats.
• Continuously enhance learning programmes based on client feedback, CEQ results and trends.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in client engagements, translating challenges into learning solutions across industries.
• Conduct learning needs analysis using interviews, surveys, focus groups and mystery shopping.
• Support client presentations and business development efforts.
