Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in Arts & Social Sciences/Service Design/Communication Studies or relevant cross- and multi-disciplinary training preferred.
• Strong project and people management skills. Must be able to function as a project leader as well as an individual contributor
• Possess a strong command of the English language, is effectively bilingual and has the capability to synthesize and present information clearly
• Good aesthetic sense
• Proficient in industry-standard publication, animation software tools, design, communications, development and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Competent in defining, planning and managing project deliverables
• Competent in formulating user surveys and conducting user research
• Ability to interpret user needs and analyse data
• Able to articulate and present ideas clearly and persuasively
• Thrives on being meticulous and a multi-tasker with tight timelines

What you will be working on

Our ideal candidate is a strong manager of development programmes and deliverables, a solid writer, and an experimental thinker with keen instinct for instructional, interaction and experience design. The candidate will be part of a pioneering team of hybrid talents who will be expected to look beyond point solutions as they formulate learning and development strategies and apply design to the creation of new learning content, digital solutions, learning systems, and new user experiences.

What we are looking for
