Job summary

JTC Academy is building a team to design engaging learning experiences for JTC officers. The role focuses on developing learning content, interactions, and digital solutions, with emphasis on instructional design and user experience.

The candidate will help craft strategies that go beyond single solutions, applying design to content, systems, and experiences across learning platforms. Strong writing and research skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Background in Arts & Social Sciences/Service Design/Communication Studies or relevant cross- and multi-disciplinary training preferred.
• Strong project and people management skills; able to lead projects and contribute individually.
• Possess a strong command of English, bilingual capability, and ability to synthesize and present information clearly.
• Good aesthetic sense and ability to create engaging learning content.

Responsibilities

• Manage development programmes and deliverables for JTC Academy.
• Write and design engaging learning content and interactions.
• Develop learning strategies, experiences, and digital solutions for staff development.
• Conduct user surveys and research to inform learning design.
