St Luke's ElderCare (SLEC) is seeking a dynamic L&D professional to facilitate engaging learning experiences for staff, students, corporate visitors, and community partners. The Assistant Manager will deliver training programmes, corporate orientation and lead learning journeys that align with SLEC's service philosophy.

You will translate stakeholder inputs into structured training plans and roadmaps, collaborate with SME and external providers, and drive meaningful workplace learning impact

Competenze

• 5+ years of relevant experience in training, learning and development or adult education.
• ACTA/ACLP certification is preferred.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering training and facilitating learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Ability to adapt content, communication style and facilitation methods for staff, students and visitors.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders to identify needs and develop practical training plans and roadmaps.
• Experience in training needs analysis and application of adult learning principles.
• Strong stakeholder management, proposal writing skills and excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple programmes and projects with high-quality outcomes.
• Proactive and resourceful with ability to translate ideas into effective interventions.
• Experience with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) or healthcare/community care sector is advantageous.

• Develop and review training roadmaps aligned with organisational goals and sector needs.
• Recommend learning interventions including formal training, e-learning, coaching and workplace learning.
• Review progress with stakeholders to strengthen workplace application.
