National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) seeks a Learning & Development professional to design and deliver programmes that align with organisational priorities. You will curate resources, coordinate workshops, and partner with internal teams to expand learning opportunities.

You will also manage the LMS, ensure data integrity, generate reports and support governance and talent development initiatives across the organisation.

Formación

• Strong understanding of learning and development principles and adult learning.
• Experience managing learning programmes end-to-end from planning to evaluation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient with learning systems and data reporting to support governance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and continuously enhance learning initiatives aligned with organisational priorities.
• Curate learning resources and programmes to support diverse learner needs.
• Design, coordinate and deliver interventions, workshops and orientation programmes.
• Partner with internal and external providers to source high-quality learning solutions.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness using feedback and learning metrics to drive improvements.
