Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a Learning Partner to design, implement and continuously enhance learning initiatives that align with organisational priorities and support employee growth.

You will curate learning resources, coordinate workshops and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers, while leveraging LMS platforms and analytics to improve learner experience and programme impact across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or related.
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or related HR function.
• Experience managing learning programmes end-to-end, from planning to evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enhance learning initiatives aligned with organisational priorities.
• Curate resources and experiences to support diverse learning needs and career growth.
• Design and deliver workshops, briefings and orientation programmes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers for learning solutions.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness using feedback and learning metrics; drive improvements.
