Job summary

RENTOKIL INITIAL SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to own the end-to-end training strategy. You will compile the total company training plan, develop the training calendar, and deploy programs across functions using Cornerstone LMS.

You will create in-house materials, coordinate external trainings and certifications, manage government grants, support audits for ISO and SQC, and lead onboarding and induction for new joiners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in learning and development, training, or a related HR role.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and LMS.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to assess training effectiveness.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-learning platforms.
• Language proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Compile Total Company Training Plan and Development Calendar.
• Deploy trainings; initiate and monitor Cornerstone modules completion status within timelines.
• Creation of training modules in Cornerstone and in-house materials.
• Lead external training coordination, especially certifications and licenses.
• Maintain proper training records for ISO, SQC certification audits.
• Lead townhall sessions and HR employee induction for new joiners.
