Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior/HR Executive - Learning & Development to coordinate end-to-end L&D initiatives, including onboarding and leadership programs. The role involves managing training logistics, engaging SMEs, and maintaining training records to drive program effectiveness.

You will support the development of materials, curate resources, and assist in budget tracking while handling general HR admin during peak periods and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of L&D principles, methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end coordination and administration of learning and development initiatives including onboarding, technical skills training, leadership development and soft skills workshops.
• Manage logistics for training sessions including venue booking (physical and virtual), material preparation, calendar invitations and participant communications.
• Track and report on training attendance, completion rates and feedback.
• Support research and curation of relevant learning resources and external training providers.
• Assist in developing and customizing training materials, presentations and job aids aligned with branding and objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to L&D programs and opportunities.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of L&D initiatives.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback to assess program effectiveness.
• Prepare reports on L&D metrics, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support tracking of L&D budget utilization.
• Provide general HR administrative support during peak periods and cross-functional initiatives.
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects related to talent management, employee engagement, or HR systems.

Education

Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
