The role involves coordinating external trainings, licenses, and partnerships, while supporting ISO/SQC certifications and training governance.

You will oversee ongoing induction programs, deploy e-learning and monitor completion status, and collaborate with management to identify training needs across teams.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience (3+ years) in learning and development or related HR role.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and LMS.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to assess training effectiveness.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-learning platforms.

Aufgaben

• Develop Total Company Training Plan and Training Calendar.
• Deploy trainings and monitor Cornerstone module completion within timelines.
• Create training modules in Cornerstone and maintain training records for audits.
• Coordinate external trainings, certifications, and licenses.
• Lead townhall sessions and HR induction for new joiners.
