• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or related talent development roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to embrace change, work cross-functionally, and adapt with flexibility.
• Skilled in using analytics to tell stories, measure impact, and inform decisions.
• Proven project management skills to prioritize and deliver multiple initiatives effectively.
