EY is seeking a detail-oriented Learning Deployment professional to drive the planning and delivery of high-quality learning programs. You will coordinate deployment across multiple levels and channels, manage event logistics, and support budget and vendor coordination.

The role requires strong communication skills, project management capabilities, and proficiency with MS Office applications. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience delivering learning programs and managing logistics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Learning Deployment Management: Manage deployment learning courses across various levels and delivery channels
• Class and Participant Management: Manage overall logistics for learning events, including attendance lists and registrations
• Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Support learning reporting and assess continuous process improvement for training
• Budget and Vendor Management: Manage operational budgets and vendor coordination
