Job summary

EY is seeking a Delivery Lead (Technical Project Manager) in Technology Consulting to lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital and application programmes. You will oversee governance, planning, execution, and team coordination while maintaining clear communication with senior stakeholders.

The role requires domain experience in software development, solution designs, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Lead complex software projects with delivery governance, planning and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects and programmes from initiation to closure.
• Define plans, scope, milestones, budgets, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams incl. architects, developers, DevOps, QA, designers, BAs, PMs and vendors.
• Apply Agile, hybrid or traditional delivery approaches as appropriate.
• Monitor progress, financial performance, quality, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Review designs and delivery trade-offs with engineering and client stakeholders.
• Translate technical concepts to clear business impact for senior stakeholders.
• Promote software development and DevOps practices including CI/CD and release management.
• Build client relationships and manage expectations across governance bodies.
• Coach team members and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support business development activities such as proposals and cost estimation.
