Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized and proactive Learning Program Executive to support funded training programmes, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery for clients, trainers and participants from start to finish.

The role acts as the main contact for clients and stakeholders, overseeing end-to-end logistics, communications, enrolments and documentation to deliver a seamless learning journey. You will work with trainers and vendors, manage platforms like Webex, Zoom, and TPGateway,

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions on-site or virtually.
• Coordinate classroom setup, attendance, Q&A, and activities.
• Invigilate assessments.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients' training departments.
• Coordinate logistics with trainers, vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain training resources on learning platforms.
• Configure sessions across Webex, Zoom, TPGateway and TMS.
• Process online registrations and enrolments accurately and timely.
• Review training records for government funding compliance.
• Support audits and documentation reviews.
