Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Leadership & Learning Development professional to lead 360-degree feedback initiatives, executive coaching, and leadership programmes.

You will design solutions, collaborate with partners, and evaluate impact on managerial capabilities on a 1-year contract with a monthly salary up to SGD 4,000.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of leadership/learning development experience.
• Experience with 360-degree feedback exercises and executive coaching is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify capability gaps among managers and leaders and develop intervention strategies.
• Design and develop initiatives and solutions to build leadership capabilities, including content creation.
• Support end-to-end administration and implementation of 360-degree feedback exercises.
• Collaborate with external partners, vendors and service providers to customize leadership solutions.
• Engage with management and leaders and provide administrative support for executive coaching services.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development solutions and interventions.
• Facilitate leadership development activities based on subject matter expertise.

Job description

• Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $4,000 per month
• Location: One North
• Duration: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying capability gaps among managers and leaders, and developing appropriate intervention strategies, plans and activities to address them.
• Designing and developing initiatives and solutions to build leadership and managerial capabilities, including producing related content and materials.
• Supporting the end-to-end administration and implementation of 360-degree feedback exercises, including system configuration, participant onboarding, communications, data analysis and follow-up interventions.
• Working with external partners, vendors and service providers to develop, curate and customise leadership development solutions.
• Engaging with management and leaders, and providing administrative support for executive coaching services.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of leadership development solutions and interventions.
• Facilitating leadership development activities and interventions, where appropriate, based on relevant subject matter expertise and practical experience.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Minimum a Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant leadership/learning development experience.
• Prior experience in 360-degree feedback exercises, executive coaching, management programmes and leadership competency frameworks would be an advantage.
