Job summary

EQUE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver talent development programmes that boost employee capabilities and align with business goals. You will identify training needs, develop engaging materials, and coordinate onboarding and professional development initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and a focus on continuous improvement to drive organisational growth and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement talent development programmes to boost employee capabilities and support growth.
• Identify learning needs across teams via performance reviews, feedback and skills gap analysis.
• Develop engaging training materials, workshops and resources for varied roles and levels.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, onboarding programmes and professional development initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness using assessments and performance data.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to align development with business goals.
• Build strong talent pipelines and support career progression for high-potential employees.
• Stay updated on L&D trends to continuously improve programme quality and impact.

Job description

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement talent development programmes that enhance employee capabilities and support organisational growth
• Identify learning and development needs across teams through performance reviews, feedback, and skills gap analysis
• Develop engaging training materials, workshops, and learning resources tailored to different roles and levels
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, onboarding programmes, and professional development initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through assessments, feedback, and performance data
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align talent development strategies with business objectives
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by identifying high-potential employees and supporting their career progression
• Stay updated on learning and development trends and best practices to continuously improve programme quality and impact

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results
• Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients professionally
