Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Officer with leadership and learning development experience to help a public agency identify capability gaps and develop customised interventions in Singapore.

The role is a 1-year contract based at one-north MRT, with office hours Monday to Friday and a salary up to SGD 4,000 per month. A Diploma with at least 3 years in L&D is required.

• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify leadership and managerial capability gaps and develop targeted intervention strategies.
• Design and develop leadership development initiatives, solutions and materials to strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Coordinate end-to-end 360-degree feedback exercises, including system config, onboarding, communications, data analysis, and follow-up interventions.
• Collaborate with external partners to develop and customise leadership development programmes, and provide support for executive coaching services.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives and facilitate relevant programmes.

Job description

We are looking for a HR Officer with leadership/learning development experience to assist a public agency in identifying capability gaps and developing customised interventions.

• Up to $4,000 per month
• one-north MRT
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• 1-year contract

Responsibilities

• Identify leadership and managerial capability gaps, and develop targeted intervention strategies, plans and activities to address them.
• Design and develop leadership development initiatives, solutions, content and materials to strengthen leadership and management capabilities.
• Coordinate end-to-end 360-degree feedback exercises, including system configuration, participant onboarding, communications, data analysis and follow-up interventions.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to develop and customise leadership development programmes, while coordinating and providing administrative support for executive coaching services.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives and facililitate relevant programmes and interventions based on subject matter expertise and practical experience.

Requirements

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with 3 years of experience in L&D and implementation of leadership development initiatives.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
