Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. in One North, Singapore seeks an experienced Leadership Development professional to identify gaps among managers and design targeted interventions. You will create content and materials to strengthen leadership capabilities and support 360-degree feedback initiatives.

You will coordinate with external partners, deliver executive coaching support, and evaluate the impact of development programs. This is a 1-year, on-site role in Singapore with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum a degree in any discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant leadership/learning development experience.
• Prior experience in 360-degree feedback exercises, executive coaching, management programmes, and leadership competency frameworks would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify capability gaps among managers and leaders and develop intervention strategies and plans.
• Design initiatives to strengthen leadership capabilities, including content and materials preparation.
• Support end-to-end administration of 360-degree feedback exercises (system setup, onboarding, communications, data analysis, follow-up).
• Collaborate with external partners to develop and customize leadership development solutions.
• Engage with management and leaders and provide admin support for executive coaching services.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives and interventions.
• Facilitate leadership development activities and interventions based on subject-matter expertise.

Location: One North

Working Hours : 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)

Salary: Up to $4,000 per month

Duration : 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

• Identify capability gaps among managers and leaders, and develop appropriate intervention strategies, plans and activities to address them.
• Design and develop initiatives and solutions to strengthen leadership and managerial capabilities, including the preparation of relevant content and materials.
• Support the end-to-end administration and implementation of 360-degree feedback exercises, including system configuration, participant onboarding, communications, data analysis and follow-up interventions.
• Work with external partners, vendors and service providers to develop, curate and customise leadership development solutions.
• Engage with management and leaders, and provide administrative support for executive coaching services.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives and interventions.
• Facilitate selected leadership development activities and interventions, where appropriate, based on your subject matter expertise and practical experience.
