Job summary

Public Service Division (Singapore) invites a motivated intern to contribute to leadership and talent development across the Public Service. You will engage with leadership science concepts and data-driven practices, supporting the design of learning resources and workshops for senior leaders and emerging talents.

You will collaborate with HR partners and Civil Service College, gaining hands-on consulting experience while shaping public service leadership capabilities for a future-ready

Qualifications

• Familiarity with competency frameworks and 360 feedback processes.
• Ability to design or curate learning interventions.
• Comfort with ambiguous situations and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure in leadership development and talent initiatives.
• Support design and delivery of leadership workshops and resources.
• Collaborate with HR and Civil Service College partners on internship projects.
