Public Service Division (PSD) announces an internship opportunity as part of its #PeoplePurposePossibilities program in Singapore. You will be exposed to leadership science and data-driven practices in leadership development, while gaining hands-on experience as a consulting-practitioner.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated with a keen interest in HR, ready to contribute to learning resource design and workshop delivery for Public Service leaders.

• Knowledge of competency frameworks, 360 feedback surveys and how to design/curate meaningful interventions.

What the role is:

The Office of Leadership Innovation drives innovation in leadership and talent development at the Public Service level, to achieve the following key outcomes:

• Effective and high-performing leaders and leadership teams that deliver with excellence today and innovate to be future-ready
• A Public Service leadership corps with diverse experiences, skillsets, and perspectives
• One Public Service leadership with a common purpose, identity, and values

We incorporate leadership science and data-driven practices in leadership development, from identification of emerging leaders to the development of senior public service leaders. We work in close partnership with the Civil Service College and the HR community and leaders across the Public Service.

What you will be working on:

Our #PeoplePurposePossibilities internship will provide valuable exposure to how the Public Service incorporates leadership science and data-driven practices in leadership development, offering a unique opportunity for you to gain hands‑on experience as a consulting-practitioner through the following:

• Leadership Science – You will learn how leadership competencies and concepts contribute to leadership development.
• Learning & Development – You will contribute to the design of learning resources and planning and delivery of workshops for leaders.
